Terms Of service1.Turn around time is 3 days to 1 month. (Depending on commission)
2.Refunds will be issued if asked, or if I feel I cannot do the commission.
3.I only take Venmo, Cashapp, Kofi and PayPal.
4.I will send updates every step of the way and you are allowed to make a limit of 3 changes in each step. I will ask for verbal or text approval in each step of the process and after approval you cannot make anymore changes.
5.Be advised I can say no to any commission.
6.If you make me uncomfortable or disrespect me in anyway while the commission is in progress you will only receive a 50% refund and no rights to the artwork.
7.I do not allow my art to be made into tattoos or other art forms. However I can make you an inspirational art as long as the final art work is at least changed approximately 65%.
8.I do not allow my work to be used commercially unless written consent is given from me. (Ex: emojis)
9.If purchasing a character please add to their collection of art work before reselling that character.
10.If your character does not have any refs or is a completely custom design you will have to pay a +$10 for a concept sketch
11. DO NOT PUT ANY OF MY ART INTO AI!
12.DO NOT USE_ my characters OR Art in transphobic, racist, harmful, or art that would otherwise be discriminatory or used against someone’s gender, religion, sex, sexual orientation, race, age, or disability.
13.DO NOT STEAL, COPY OR REPOST ANY CONTENT WITHOUT DIRECT AND STRICT PERMISSION FROM ME!

1. Turn around time is 3 month to 8 Months. Failure on my part as the artist to deliver a product within a suitable amount of time as agreed on by the artist & the purchaser will result in a refund of an original, or as agreed upon in commission contracts.2. Refunds will be issued if asked, if I feel I cannot do the commission, or If you make me uncomfortable or disrespect me in anyway. Unless Work is 50% completed. If work is 50% or more is done and project has been cancelled, you cannot receive a refund but project and materials will be sent to the commissioner.3. Once the final product has been Completed and shipped, the purchaser agrees to cover all costs of shipping. Should a return be required (for completed products past 30 days), the purchaser will only be refunded 50% of the cost of the piece and applicable taxes. Purchaser must also return the item or piece to chaotic specter creation in it’s original condition. In the case of a simple change-of-heart (for completed products), the purchaser is permitted to return the piece at their own cost. If the return is within the first 30 days of ownership, and the piece is in it’s original condition, the purchaser can be reimbursed 75% of the full price of the piece, less any costs incurred by shipping, point-of-sale fees, taxes, and packaging. Please note that shipping costs are subject to change and may be more or less than the cost listed at point-of-sale. All receipts and paperwork can be requested by the purchaser during the process of refunding.4. I only receive money through Venmo, Cashapp, Kofi, ChimePay, Zelle and PayPal.5. Failure on behalf of the purchaser to deliver payment will result in the loss of ownership of the piece. The piece will then be returned to public availability (wherein the purchaser may try again to purchase the piece, but is not guaranteed to be the purchaser any longer) I accept Agreed on purchase plans/payment plans and half up front and half when completed, but separate contract must be made.6. I am more than happy to resale the product for you or repost/share your reselling listing.9. The artist is required to communicate with the purchaser if any changes to the physical product have occurred between the point of photographing and listing and the point of sale10. The purchaser is entitled to inquire at any time about the physical qualities, processes, or explanations of the art.11. Any and all repairs to be made during the lifetime of the artist will have the artist’s approval. All products made for commissioners are able to be sent back to me ,the artist, for free (purchaser will cover shipping) and repaired or fixed as long as the product has not been resold, damaged beyond repair, changed in anyway or intentionally or maliciously damaged (by client/purchaser)12.The artist is not liable for any damages occurring to the piece after the piece has been shipped. This includes, but is not limited to: shipping error, damages incurred during shipping, normal deterioration of art over time, damages to artwork from fire, flood or other natural disasters or damages to art upon receipt by purchaser, including but not limited to physical damages, chemical damages, damages from heat, cold, humidity, UV exposure, or water damage. The purchaser is strongly encouraged to contact the artist should such damages occur.All pieces are sold as-is. Everything made by artist is a handcrafted piece of art, which means there is always the possibility of imperfections and inconsistencies.13. DO NOT PUT ANY OF MY ART INTO AI!14. Personal use excludes the direct copying or attempted recreation of the art.)
